Sarah Kentish is an ASA Licensed swimming teacher who has had a near 100% success rate in teaching both children and adults to swim. Sarah runs swimming lessons for all levels from beginner to advanced. Children’s courses are held during school term after school hours. Adult lessons are provided day time and after 7pm. Courses are provided on a non-residential or residential basis. Sarah also specialises in Swimming Holidays for children or adults or both to learn to swim while you are on holiday. All tuition is individually tailored towards your needs. Sarah has the innate ability to encourage and build confidence in people with fear and phobia of water and is able to teach people in a very short space of time.

Swim with Sarah was established ten years ago and is growing each year. Learning with Sarah is fun and she has thirty years experience in teaching/ teacher training and working with children and young people. She is a graduate and holds qualifications in Childcare and Education and ASA Certificates in Swimming Teaching, Aqua Fit, Adult and Child tuition and Disability tuition. She also has a First Aid Certificate and an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check.

Swimming lessons are held in The Imperial Hotel and The Chatsworth House Hotel in Llandudno, Conwy on the beautiful North Wales Coast and a thirty minute drive from the Snowdonia mountain range. Intensive Swimming courses are spread over 2½ or 5 days and are either on a one-to-one basis or you can form your own small group (maximum of 4 people). Optional accommodation available.

3 breast stroke and intro to other strokes
4 breast stroke breathing techniques

Improvers course

1 breaststroke, back stroke and crawl
